Forward Rabun Teams up with ULI to Address Housing Issues in Our County

Forward Rabun welcomed the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Panel to Rabun County this week! Rabun County was selected for the ULI Housing Study. The ULI is the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world, along with its affiliate the Terwilliger Center for Housing. The Panel has interviewed dozens of local residents in the county with different professions including educators, realtors, small business owners, manufacturers, and others to get input on local housing issues. The ULI Final Report will be forthcoming in late March.
