Forward Rabun’s Business Expo & Job Fair a Huge Hit!

Over 40 local businesses had a chance to both network and recruit this morning at the Forward Rabun Business Expo & Job Fair. After the morning job fair and networking session ended, registered participants enjoyed a special luncheon with guest speakers Matthew Dollar, Deputy Commissioner of Economic Development, Technical College System of Georgia and Former Georgia House of Representatives, District 45, as well as Mr. Allen Fox, Director of Small Business Outreach, Georgia Department of Economic Development. Speakers engaged the audience with pertinent information on many of the issues affecting small business development today, most importantly, workforce recruitment and retention.
