We are a small, successful B2B business with an office in downtown Clayton dedicated to helping schools and organizations create resilient, trauma-informed environments. Through our training programs, we teach a comprehensive approach to crisis intervention and behavior management to ensure safe, caring learning and healthcare spaces.

Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and creative Part-Time Freelance Multi-Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience across various forms of digital media, including video, audio, podcasts, and social media content. You will be responsible for creating and managing multimedia content, with a particular focus on Learning Management Systems (LMS), videos, podcasts, landing pages and social media platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Create, edit, and produce multimedia content, including video, audio, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement educational materials for LMS platforms.
• Develop and manage engaging content for social media channels.
• Edit and format visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Maintain consistent branding across all media and platforms.
• Ensure the quality and technical standards of all audio and visual content.
• Assist with other multimedia projects as needed.

Essential Skills

• Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or compatible design software.
• Experience with LMS content creation, video production, podcasting, and audio editing.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, landing pages, social media platforms and best practices for engaging audiences.
• A portfolio or sample work showcasing previous multimedia projects is preferred.

Work Schedule:

Part-time, freelance position with flexible hours.

Work Space: 

Flex: Remote, hybrid or on location.  We have an office in Clayton (Rabun County), GA.  If you are local, we are creating a media room and would also be happy to set you up with an office space to use.
